Registration and Terms:
Maximum enrollment is 20 students per class. A deposit of $125.00 is required for all workshops, and the balance is due 30 days prior to the workshop. Failure to pay the balance by that date will be construed as a cancellation. There is a $30.00 fee to transfer from one workshop to another, and transfers must be arranged 30 days prior to the workshop you are transferring from; otherwise they will be treated as a cancellation. In the event that the student cancels participation in a workshop after a deposit has been made, $50.00 of the deposit will be retained by the Academy for administration costs. NOTE: Student will forfeit entire deposit of $125.00 if the Academy is not notified of intention to cancel at least 30 days prior to the workshop. We must adhere to this policy because of difficulty in making last minute changes. We also reserve the right to cancel any classes not meeting the minimum enrollment, in which case we will notify you 30 days in advance. The artists we have chosen are tops in their fields, and we expect them to be able to share their knowledge well. However, teaching curriculum and methods are left entirely to the discretion of the instructors, and it is the responsibility of the student to choose the teachers that will be most helpful to them.
